I am pretty sure I have never commented here before. But I have read. I guess it’s about time. So…hi!
Sara
Hi, Sara! Thanks for popping in, or up as the case may be. Very glad to have you as a reader.
-Dev
Hi Sara! Glad you commented!
“one of the usual suspects”
Hello there!
I always mean to comment and always end up not being able to think of something clever to say. Lovely blog with wonderful pictures.
There. Did that sound clever?
I don’t comment nearly often enough Uncle Dev, but I’m super busy learning the names of carpals and how to properly drape a naked human for relaxation purposes…you understand, right? School comes first…I mean, otherwise some perverted professor might come along and…well..
Happy LoL Day!!
[...] IVs and making noise at parties, Mija wrote about lemon twists, Sandy shared a LoLCat…get it? Dev thanks his readers, Sparkle (Serenity) talks about her butler, Casey offers a bribe (or two, or [...]
So happy to see these new faces along with some of the usual suspects, right cj and Katie James. Hope some more people stop by to say hello.
Sara, Marie and Mija, so nice you have left comments, and Mija your comment was clever but that is not a requisite for commenting, just look at the comments Dev leaves. *G*
Hey Dev (and crew),
just a quick “keep up the great work” from me
I do comment, but as time is always scarce, I do it rarely I admit
Cheers
Chross
Decided was the perfect day to de-lurk. I’m here from time to time. Thanks.
http://thepinkpoppet.wordpress.com/
I haven’t been around as much lately as I’d like… or at least in the commenting end of things. I love your blog, though, and read it regularly.
Hi!
I’m a regular visitor to your blog, and enjoy your posts.
LOL day is so much fun!
Hugs,
Hermione
I’m hardly a lurker, but Happy LOL day to Dev, Gwen, Michael and the usual crew…..
Dr. Ken
Hmmm to lurk or not to lurk, that is a question.
Nah, think i’ll just stick to being “one of the usual suspects” although you can’t prove anything and if you can then i strenusly object and suggest that you check your sorces or fire your PI.
Happy LOL day Professor……i wonder if you are lol-ing?
We read all the time… don’t comment near as much as we should. Great job and have a Happy LOL Day.

~Todd & Suzy
Isn’t today fun!
(Not a lurker)
Wow! Go to work for a few hours and look what happens!
Hi, Mija! How are things in the Treehouse? Glad you stopped by and Michael’s right, sort of. I mean, I do occasionally get clever if only by accident. Best to Pablo!
Marie, just remember – Some lovers try positions that they can’t handle. Not a sure-fire way to recall which is the triquetrium and which is the trapezoid, but better than nothing. Anyhow lovely to see you out and about, but I don’t know any perverted professors. Do you?
Chross, a treat to see you as always, and big huge ‘keep up the good work’ right back atcha!
Pink Poppet, thanks for dropping in. I just glanced at your blog but looks as if I need to do a bit of lurking myself.
Jada! How are you doing? Did I tell you I caught heck for not taking photos of me in the tux last time we were together? Probably ought to spank you for not reminding me. Bad girl!
Hey, Harmonica! Er, Hermione! Lovely to see you again, and yes, this LOL thing really shakes things up!
Dr. Ken, you didn’t lose your Usual Suspects ID card again, did you? I told you to hang it from your stethoscope so you wouldn’t lose it.
Jay, Jay, Jay. You’re right – you’re not a usual suspect. You’re a perennial culprit, young lady, and don’t you forget it!
Todd & Suzy, thanks for chiming in. How’s LOL Day going over at A.*.*.?
Again, this is just terrific, seeing everyone come out to play, and hopefully there’s more to come.
-Dev
Perennial –
1. Lasting throughout the years.
2. Recurring perpetually.
3. Plant lasting more than two years.
Professor, Professor, Professor. Are you calling me a plant?
Culprit – Person guilty of a misdeed or crime.
Who me? Perrish the thought!
Poppy, you are scarcely a lurker.
Jay, a plant? “A dog, a woman, and a walnut tree …” Uh, never mind. Let’s go with ‘Recurring perpetually.’
Hi, Dev:) I will pretty much always picture you rocking the tux both on the dance floor and after the party with the dangling tie.
Dev left something dangling? And we have NO photographic evidence of this?
I need consolation. I need chocolate. I need cuddles. I need Gwen to put up some man candy.
Hi Dev (and all),
You’ve hauled in a fine catch! Thanks for joining the celebration.
With warm regards,
Bonnie
All RIGHT, you two! It was a bow tie, Season, not a participle, so calm down.
But I felt even better than I looked, Jada. An untied bow tie with a slightly rumpled tux is so totally Vegas it might as well be on the city seal.
Oh, hey, Bonnie! This was fun. Let’s do it again next year.
happy LOL day, Devlin – i really enjoy your blog – and i think you are very special – but i am blogically challenged, when it comes to figuring out what to say after i read the posts.
i’m glad that Bonnie came up with this brilliant plan for lurkers like me, to have “amnesty” on this day, once a year.
*hugs*
naxie
Hi Dev, just popping in to say Happy Love Our Lurkers Day
I don’t comment often enough I know but I do come by and I do read. Huggs
The cook, The thief, His wife and her lover… is this a game we are playing?
Hey, Naxie! I left you a note of sorts on Poppy’s blit, and thanks for stopping by here. Maybe now that you’ve broken the ice you’ll think of things to say from now on. Anyway you never seemed to have a problem coming up with something brattish last time I saw you in Vegas.
Hi, CD! You’re more than welcome at all times, and thanks for the good wishes!
hey, Devlin – i responded at Poppy’s blog, too –
and i HAVE had things to say….and who knows, you may have created a blog-responding monster…..thanks for welcoming me.
and – have no worries about the bratting bit – it’s part of the naxie package.
I knew that.
“Marie, just remember – Some lovers try positions that they can’t handle. Not a sure-fire way to recall which is the triquetrium and which is the trapezoid, but better than nothing. Anyhow lovely to see you out and about, but I don’t know any perverted professors. Do you?”
They taught you that one too?! I have an exam tomorrow on it! Scaphoid, Lunate, Triquetrum, Pisiform, Trapezium, Trapezoid, Capitate, Hamate (aka Hammy the Hooker)
Tomorrow is the entire upper extremity. But you know, I’m often in positions I can’t (although no one believes that) handle!!
When are you done BTW? And get your perverted professor butt over to MY blog and comment sometime eh? I’ve been writing stories, I need FEEDBACK man!
Dev, always a pleasure to visit and a chuckle.
Paul.
Thanks again, Paul!
Marie, what you need is a stern reminder on your bare sit-upon that ordering your professor around is contraindicated! The very idea!
(I just skimmed one of your stories and I’ll post a comment later.)
Hrumph!
*Chuckles* — I like Marie’s style in communicating with the professor.
Keep it the good work Marie.
I hope so
I think you’ll enjoy Ana & Jonathan
and What Didn’t Happen Last Night
I don’t need anything on my sit-upon that I’m not already in for. I’ll give you a contraindication mister! Are you guys learning eastern bodywork too?
What a wonderful response to LoL Day! So happy to see you all and that you find this blog so friendly and enjoyable. Thank you for making this day a great success here and on all the other marvelous sites.
OK – this has been lovely but I am tired of being good now.
Poppy, your low tolerance for being good is well known.
Marie, your being good has yet to be demonstrated, and you can bet the ‘in for’ just keeps growing and growing …
That goes for you too, CJ.
Marie and CJ have led me astray.
I think you should talk most sternly to them.
I have a vast store of stern talk, quite enough to go around.
Well use it where it is needed then- don’t lose focus.
Would you like me to write a list of where you can direct it?
I know you forget and you need lots of help and that is why I am here afterall.
A bit late but it looks like LOL day went well here. Hope you enjoyed it.
Prefectdt
I wondered when Poppy would break her streak.
Doh! I *knew* I forgot something! … Good job with the Lurker’s Day post, Uncle D., I totally dropped the ball on this one. I can’t even remember the last time I logged in because I’ve been consumed by The Project From Hell. It’s completed now though and good girls are only assigned one Project From Hell per year so I should be good for a week or two. (Saved you the trouble, Michael. *G*)
Happy Belated Lurkers’ Day, everyone.
xoxo
Love Our Lurkers Day is a disgrace.
Bloggers do it because they want to.
They aren’t entitled to a response.
I read and follow lots of blogs relating to our beloved kink, sometimes I respond to a post, more often I don’t, usually because I have nothing I want to say.
It doesn’t mean that bloggers have a right to insult me by using a derogatory term to describe me, I never insult them!
The law of shifting viewpoints? I choose to do this therefore I’m entitled to a response? Is that what bloggers think?
I consider myself fortunate to have blogs to read, I don’t think that I’m entitled to them, if I did then I’d be demanding the return of Photino, I’d be demanding a certain level and frequency of content.
I don’t.
Why can’t we have a Love Our Bloggers Day instead.
I’d support that.
Yours sorrowfully
Colin Mann
ps yours is one of the best, please keep up the good work.
Gwen’s back! Gwen’s back! Can man candy be far behind?
Season! Didn’t Gwen just say she was trying to be good for a week or two? Now mind your manners, young lady.
Always glad to see you, Spankedhortic, the day notwithstanding.
Poppy, after all is two words. That’s what I’m here for.
Oh, and Gwen, HUGE congrats on completing the P.F.H. I can’t imagine how you did it in less than a year, and yes, hope you never have another anywhere close to that.
Welcome Home, Gwen from hell to hmmmmmm oh yeah heaven.
Glad to see you have survived yet another project.
p.s. please give us one of your, you know special posts for us.
“I’ll give you a contraindication mister!”
LOL….. hehehehe……. chuckle….. snicker……..
Kristina! That will be quite enough of that, young lady.
What??? that was funny!
It was impudent and certainly didn’t bear repeating. Now settle down before you get into trouble.
Thank you for your reply. Feel free to lurk my blog or better yet, be open about it and leave me some honest comments. I value feedback just as I am sure you do. How about this..I promise to be more open here and not lurk about in the shadows and you do the same. Tee-hee. Again, thanks.
http://thepinkpoppet.wordpress.com/
That was very funny, I agree
Welcome back Gwen!
And I always miss all the fun because someone very mean and horrid makes me go to bed.
It is not fair and I think I deserve better frankly. I am a lovely girl afterall.
Dev wrote: “Dr. Ken, you didn’t lose your Usual Suspects ID card again, did you? I told you to hang it from your stethoscope so you wouldn’t lose it. ”
Oh! Hang if from my STETHOSCOPE…..! Boy, that’s gonna make things a whole lot more comfortable…..
GWEN–welcome back. BTW, you might want to pop over to my blog and check out the current picture I have with my profile. I think you’ll like it…..
Dr. Ken
LOL! I want a tee like Cartman’s! Too funny, Dr. Ken. Thanks for making me laugh at 6:00AM. Can’t remember the last time that happened.
It’s settled then. There appears to be a consensus that Man Candy visuals are overdue. I have one more project to handle tonight (6’3″ – a very large project but one I immensely enjoy). I’ll begin Project Naked Men on Friday.
I do what I can to keep the female morale in good spirits, Uncle D., because happy girls are well behaved girls, don’t you think?
xxx
_ It was impudent and certainly didn’t bear repeating._
Is that the right kind of ‘bear’ Professor?
Should it not be ‘It was impudent and certianly didn’t bare repeating’?
Gwen, great to see you….I think. *G*
Gwen–you’re welcome. I always enjoy making a lady laugh.
I’ll probably change the avatar back in another day or two, but I wanted to make sure you got a chance to see it first….:-)
Dr. Ken
